Before you begin, I just want to say I’m really glad you’re here.

This prayer guide comes from a place I know well - wanting to invite God into the struggle, but not always knowing how. The thoughts, the urges, the moments that feel heavy… it can be hard to put words to them.

That’s what these prayers are for.

Take your time with each day.
Come back to them when you need to.
Let them be a starting place - not for perfection, but for connection.

God meets you right where you are.
And as you begin to bring Him into these moments, even in small ways… things start to shift.
