Elyse has walked my ED path and gets it. She also knows that there’s so much more waiting on the other side of the ED and is living it. She walks alongside of me and plants seeds of “more”, inspiring me to trust in God’s limitlessness. I’m deeply grateful for her presence and example of healing in my life

With Elyse's guidance, I’ve learned to be honest with myself, take accountability without shame, and begin to rebuild trust with my body and higher power. She doesn’t just offer advice; she offers steady support, lived experience, and a kind of understanding that makes me feel seen inert of judged. Recovery is a journey and because of Elyse, I no longer feel like I am walking it alone.   I am deeply grateful for her guidance, compassion, and unwavering belief in my ability to heal. 
 

Elyse has been a wonderful mentor in my recovery. She has told me time and time again to focus on what is going right in my life and my recovery. She reminds me that the more I focus on all the ways God is showing up in my life, the more I see God showing up. And the more I can trust and rely on God in all of my areas of my life, the stronger and more resilient my recovery becomes.
